Colour Consultation

Colour is reflective of your personality, your lifestyle and most importantly, it affects how you feel. ​It can completely change the dynamic and aura of a space. Colour consultations can be the perfect way to dip your toe in the interiors water, without the need for a big outlay or commitment. ​Starting with an in home consultation to discuss aesthetics, inspirations, timeframe and budget, I will then incorporate my knowledge of colour psychology and design theories to deliver a scheme for your space.

Styling

These words have never been truer than when it comes to the finishing touches of your home. It can be a game of centimeters when hanging your artwork or choosing the perfect area rug to ground your space. Creating a harmonious sense of unity brings a space to life.

Property Styling

How your property is presented to buyers can be the difference between a quick sale, with your asking price met, or a process that can become drawn out and painful. I will consult with you and your agent, then style the property to be relatable to a larger market. Decluttering, revamping, restyling and finessing. Our aim is to achieve a faster sale at the best possible price, for minimum outlay.
The following process takes one to two weeks:

• On site consultation to assess what cosmetic changes will add the most value
• Client then receives a report with suggested changes and layout design
• Project management of trades, purchase of goods, and styling of property

Project Management

During your construction project, I will be your voice, acting as an intermediary between you and your trades, working solely for you, with your needs and interests as my focus, while building strong relationships with your contractors to ensure communication. This service is offered for those also engaging me for design, or as a stand-alone service.

• Communicating regularly with your construction team
• Sticking to timeframes and budget
• Confirm that all necessary permits are obtained
• Seeking solutions on any/all issues as they arise
• Regular reporting provided to you, including photographs of progress
